We are a curious Crowd, hellbent on ensuring everything we craft serves a purpose. Drawing from our collective expertise, we are confident creators. Collaboratively, consulting and co-designing with our customers, their people and our partners, we are caregivers with candour. We are open and honest, direct and transparent - with intent.
Your extended team that gets to know your business and your people. We are there when you need us (like a good friend with Tim Tams) and we quietly slip away when you don’t (ready to be called on with fresh new experiences when you call on us next).
I’m the creative problem solver who works to ensure your project runs smoothly. My roles in the varying stages of production have provided me with insight into recognising and implementing processes that improve team experience, customer satisfaction and overall quality of the product.
I oversee the work of a fantastic team of experienced designers, helping them to grow even stronger. I also support current and prospective clients to identify their learning needs, unravel complex learning problems, and shape meaningful learning experiences that will help their own people grow.
I’m known for my big ideas and love of simple design (and assembling a team of imaginative Crowdlings). You can find me chatting to customers over coffee (or a G&T), madly waving my hands around outlining all the possibilities or at my desk using my learning design skills to craft proposals.
I see life through a ‘design lens’ and am constantly on the lookout for beautiful things that move me. Design is a process of drawing on these inspirations and re-imagining them to create unique learning experiences that are beautiful to look at and engaging to use.
My experience is diverse, and I love using every inch of it. I have a background in edtech start-ups, curriculum and content development (managing end-to-end design), applied linguistics, teacher/instructor training and assessing, and change management.
Often you won’t hear from me, unless it’s about an invoice. Plucked from an illustrious career in audit for the ‘Big 4’, I’m a Chartered Accountant who makes sure everyone is paid, the books are balanced – and this small business is profitable and going strong.
I’m not afraid to explore the possibilities. Starting out as a Graphic Designer in the learning space and then developing into a Learning Designer I have an eye for visual design, an interest in new technologies, human-centred design and a fresh take on learning design.
I’ve combined my experience in publishing and higher education and applied it to online learning and professional education. My work as an editor means I’ve perfected the art of sensitivity when collaborating with authors and SMEs for information and experiences.
I’m a self-motivated learning professional willing (and able) to do what it takes to get the job done. Leveraging my experience in learning design and technical writing, I work collaboratively to create innovative and engaging learning for both face-to-face and digital environments.
